Red Rocket periodically ensures that the platforms mentioned in Article 1.2 comply with the guidelines according to the applicable GDPR regulations.
Red Rocket processes customer data in a safe and responsible manner and ensures that this data is only accessible to authorized employees who need it for the performance of their duties. The customer's data is not disclosed to third parties unless this is necessary for the provision of the service or is legally prescribed. Employees who have access to this data are bound by confidentiality and the customer has the right to access it, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Red Rocket will take appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of this data.
Together with Meta, Tiktok, or other advertising platforms, Red Rocket ensures that children under 18 are not targeted within campaigns by using targeting. This prevents minors from inadvertently being exposed to certain content and/or products without exclusive consent from parents or otherwise clearly stated.
In addition, it may be necessary to ask the age of the user within chatbots. In cases where it is found that the user is a minor, the conversation is immediately terminated, unless otherwise specified. To ensure the protection of minors, Red Rocket will take appropriate measures, such as using age verification, restricting the visibility of certain content, and implementing other technical solutions. Red Rocket applies a maximum retention period of 90 days for user data. After this period, the data is permanently deleted from all disks and databases owned by Red Rocket and Google, which are located within the European Union and are therefore subject to the laws applicable there.
